  I'm very disappointing by this place now. I've been for two adjustments that were mediocre at best, and the true relief I received was from laying on the rolling bed after the adjustments, which requires no effort on their part, and was only temporary relief. The advice I was given by the doctor was to instead do chiropractic massage, and the woman at the counter told me I should simply find out if my insurance covers it. So I checked, and it did. And I made appointments to get the help I desperately need for my severe back pain. As I'm sure anyone in this position knows, these appointments can be hard to come by and often require a wait or days, weeks, sometimes more. So I made appointments and anxiously counted down the days, and when I walked there and showed up over 15 minutes early, only to find out there is more information I wasn't given to find out if my insurance covered the particular type of chiropractic massage they provide. They failed to give me those details, and now I have to look elsewhere and once again wait for an appointment to get the help I need. The staff seemed disorganized and the woman at the counter kept jumping from one person to another, rather than helping people in the order they arrived, while the other person seemed to just stand around or sit there looking clueless. I grant that maybe she was in training, but it just seemed to me she was confused. There was already a woman waiting when I arrived who seemed to be loosing patience and said she had been waiting 15 minutes already. Then she passed me on to someone else rather than finish helping me herself after already starting to. And then because they were taking so long to figure out the problem with my insurance, they were going to switch me and let others go before me, as if my time doesn't matter. I'm upset because I was never told that I needed a specific type of coverage. I was simply told, "find out if your insurance covers chiropractic massage." And it did. You should communicate better what you require before people make and wait for appointments to come along. I was so looking forward to receiving help and the back pain I am dealing with has made me deeply depressed. To be mislead like that was a massive blow to my moral. My impression of this place after three visits is that it is disorganized, and that the majority of the front desk staff, especially the woman who was there today, seems incompetent. And I can't say much for the massage, because I never got it. But if the mediocre adjustments I received are any indication, I recommend seeking help elsewhere. Their best asset as far as I'm concerned, is the heated table with rollers, that you only get to lay on for a few minutes. Maybe a few extra if they're generous.
