  Went to my apt last week and when they told me I was to have X-rays , I said nicely, no thanks I don't want X-rays today and they hassled me beyond belief and even threatened of the doctor wasn't ok with that there was nothing they could do for me today! First off all it's none of their business why I don't want X-rays It's my body and my mouth and I don't need a valid reason for saying no! I don't have to inform them why I make my choices but i had them done last June and I have the right to say nope not doing it! I will never go back to them I walked out by the way, Told them they can't bully me into letting them give me X-rays! They were rude, argumentive and just down right bullies about it I didn't want them in my mouth after that Treatment , oh heck no

  We were visiting in OR from AZ and I came in for a chip jammed between my gum and tooth. Dr Kyle and the entire staff made me feel welcome and valued. They were aware of my every need. They truly live up to "gentle". Dr Kyle found a cavity, verified by picture, that 4 other dentists missed last March when other work was done elsewhere. Thank you, Dr Kyle, for being so insightful and thorough.
